This was my first time staying quarantine at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21. I was not so sure what alternative state quarantine program was at first. But when I arrived at the hotel, I felt comfortable with the warm greeting of the hotel staff. The hotel services were very good. The room I stayed in was clean, bright, and sleek modern room. Although I felt isolated, I enjoy panoramic view from my room on 21st floor. The housekeeping personnel was smiley polite and friendly. The gym personnel is also nice and friendly. The Bumrungrad hospital nurses always kept me company and caring for my health and mentality. I think it's worth to stay here.
My final night here at Grande Centre Point at Terminal 21. I initially booked here as I liked the look of the room and I felt the price was fine for the size (65K for 40 sqm) remember 21,000 THB of this goes to the Bumrungrad hospital.
The room itself is clean and spacious, great bath and nice shower, also a fancy Japanese style toilet.
You have a fridge, microwave plus sink, kettle and iron board.
The food was alway nice and with the snacks every three days I didn’t need to order extra room service.
Your bed is really comfortable also. I would have like to have a better, more up to date smart tv for Netflix, Youtube etc but I was able to connect my phone to the tv so that issue was solved.
The internet is perfect and I could stream all day never an issue dropping out. After your second Covid test on day 7 you get outside to the garden and putting area etc. As you are above ground you get a nice breeze and I was never rushed back inside. The staff were always helpful so I can’t really fault anything that they provided.

Quarantine choice of a hotel for me was the wifi stable connection , choice of food, size of the room, cable tv, and lastly the price, once through the airport checks I was met by a driver and whisked away to the hotel, shoes off given slippers and up to a special check in area, tested for covid, finish checking in , down loaded the hotels aps, my bag was taken up to the room, the room was large enough to be able to pace from window to the font door turn and walk back, 10 meters each way so doing a couple hundred of these I managed to get some exercise in each day,
Meals I was happy for the choices, and can always order from the restaurant or the bakery, where a hot latte could be bought, staff will do shopping for you, inside the bath room is a wall string washing hanger that I was to use over my stay washing my clothes by hand, a large king bed and twin electric blinds that blocked out the daily sun, when I wanted privacy, very good towels and slept well, being able to go and exercise after day 6 was a bonus.
For such a stay my choice was excellent, the hotel staff and nurses where a real pleasure to deal with.
