I got pretty lucky because I was originally very interested in staying in the Executive Apartment but when that wasn't available the hotel organised a mid-stay room change for me and I feel I got really lucky with that change of environment as it has helped cutting down on my subjectively perceived length of stay considerably! The staff has been very attentive and super friendly, I had some very amazing and lovely exchanges with them over LINE and Whatsapp and they really do their utmost here to fulfill your wishes and the friendly contact with them really helped in making me feel not that isolated. They also, after some initial hickups, catered very well to my dietary restrictions, but you gotta be a bit watchful and inform them well - but they will really work with you on that! They provide very tasty glutenfree bread for you if you ask and that made me really happy. In the end I do prefer the Executive Apartment over the Deluxe Suit though both accommodations have their pros and cons. The Deluxe Suit was nice because the bathroom was nicer and featured a bath tub but having 2 times the same bathroom seemed a bit overkill and one ended up being a glorified walk-in closet :D The flooring in the Executive Apartment (wooden parquet) was a bit nicer than the one in the Deluxe Suit (linoleum, and not bad but I prefer parquet, though come to think about it the bouncyness of the linoleum was kinda fun as well). Other than that, the Suite was a great accomodation with more than enough space. I think the bed was also slightly bigger which for a tall person like me is always a big plus. The Executive Apartment is very nice and I enjoyed it a lot. I was joking to my partner I might stay here for longer than I need, haha. Having your own kitchen is nice if someone brings you food from the outside and everything was pretty good. The only downside I saw that my Apartment didn't have a bath tub, though the washing machine I found there was a big plus to me. I think in regard to the relaxation areas they do a good job and actually have several different ones where they will send you. The only room for improvement I see here is that they should perhaps have some more fun and engaging activities for those areas. I would definitely not mind coming back to the Lancaster Hotel for a normal stay in the future, as the hospitaly they provide here really is superb and outstanding.

No one wants to be in quarantine for 15 nights but Lancaster made my experience not only tolerable but enjoyable. I think they’re the only ASQ hotel that provide non plastic plates which I wholeheartedly appreciate! They handled all my requests professionally and quickly. I can absolutely imagine the amazing service I would receive during normal times.

My wife and I had a very comfertable stay at this lovely hotel under our quarantine periode. The food was superb and the service from the staff was unbeatable. We want to say thank you to all the staff. We will see you again for a normal stay without the Covid 19 next time.
