Cancellation Policy- All cancellations must be notified by email not later than 7 days prior to arrival date and will be free of charge.
- Cancellation made later than the above-mentioned period is subjected to full period reservation charge of the affected rooms.
- No shows are subjected to full period room charge of the affected rooms
- Any proof of flight cancellation the hotel will fully refund the deposit.
Change Policy- You can modify your booking for free (upon room availability). All amendment must be notified by email not later than 7 days prior to arrival. All amendment made less than 7 days prior to arrival are subjected to refusal, as we may not have rooms available on such short notice. In such case, full period reservation charge shall be make.
- Any proof of positive COVID-19 test within 72 hours before the check-in date, the hotel will fully refund the deposit. If guest (s) failing to provide all required documents before flying or at immigration on arrival and therefore not allowed to enter Thailand, deposit will not be refund.
