Guests are not allowed to leave their rooms except under the following circumstances
After first negative COVID-19 test result – Under the Centre for the COVID-19 Situation Administration’s (CCSA) protocols guests in the dedicated and isolated quarantine facility are confined exclusively to their rooms, but may leave their room for 45 minutes per day to get some fresh air in an isolated area away from regular guests or visitors to the hotel after they have tested negative for COVID-19.
Housekeeping service – Following your 1st negative results for COVID-19 test on Day 4, our housekeeping team will clean your rooms every two days. You will be asked to stay in a dedicated relaxing room on your floor or the service will be done during your relaxing time in the al fresco area

Cancellation PolicyIn case of a room cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable. In case of a change of stay dates, the hotel must be notified at least 2 days in advance of the original arrival date and the rebooking is subject to room availability on the new requested dates.
Change PolicyThe guest can change the arrival date one time, if possible 5 days prior to arrival.
Payment PolicyFull payment for the selected ASQ package must be made when booking an ASQ stay at Avani Atrium Bangkok Hotel.
