Amendment PolicyIn case the booking has to postpone due to flight availability, the writing document is required minimum 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid cancellation penalty, however space will subject to our availability.
Cancellation PolicyReservation is allowed to cancel in case of unforeseen circumstances only (i.e. flight cancellation, visa problem etc.) and supplementary documents as evidence are required.
