Cancellation PolicyIf check in time is in 24hours The hotel reserves the right for refund in any case, including a guest’s request to leave before the program ends, or found to be infected with Covid-19 during the stay. Any cancellation if unable to fly as flight was cancelled, Covid-19 test were detected before arrival or Thai Embassy unable/declined to issue for Certificate of Entry (COE)/VISA for last minutes, the hotel can be honor to refund in this case, BUT need an email (from Airlines/Embassy) or document support for hotel reference. No-Show case, the hotel will charge 100% from the package as penalty charge. Please be informed that 5% process fee will be charged in case of refund.
