Medical Services

  •  3 x COVID-19 Test by Piyavate Hospital, as per MOH guidelines, the test will happen on days 2, 7 & 12
  • 24-hour registered nurse on duty
  • Certified medical staff on site for any health-related needs (Telemedicine service)
  • Daily health monitoring and Issuance of regular official reports on the status of each patient under observation.
  • Face mask, alcohol gel and thermometer in room.
  • Obtaining official COVID-19 free certificate
    on day 14 prior to the patients release.
  • Transportation via ambulance to hospital (24-hour service on demand)
  • One way trip transfer between IATA-designated airport (BKK or DMK) and the hotel.

  • Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
  • This package is subject to government established regulation of the health observation of all arrival to Thailand.
  • Additional charges for hospital stays and services may apply.
  • As per MOH guidelines, room cleaning will happen on days 7, 10 and 13 now
  • Free upgrade to Deluxe Room upon booking a Superior
  • The additional price per adult for 7 nights is THB 15,000, the additional price per adult for 10 nights is THB 18,000.

Cancellation Policy

All Bookings are on non Refundable basis, however, if COE rejected by the embassy, Covid-19 report comes positive and flight cancelled, after deducting THB 5,000 non-refundable deposit

Change Policy

The hotel offers an unlimited change in arrival dates.

Payment Policy

We require a non-refundable THB 5,000 deposit which have unlimited date changes. Thereafter full pre-payment 7 days prior.

5.0 "Right Place at the Right Time"

A good place to stay whilst waiting for our return to the UK during the Covid 19 outbreak. Excellent staff, comfortable beds and good food. Within walking distance of many restaurants, although at least one evening meal in the hotel restaurant is essential.

5.0 "Radisson Suites ASQ Package"

3 days into our stay, Its not easy being locked away, but the Hotel Staff just understand the challenge. They are soooooo helpful and friendly, Always helping you when you ask. Its also new and difficult for them but they make it so easy to be locked up :-) The Food - brilliant, fantastic, massive choice. deserves not to be served in plastic but tastes soo good that you forget. The Service - 1000000%
